What is a Managed Key?
We offer 2 versions of each tier - Managed Key and BYOK (Bring your own key). The only difference between them are who provides the AI inference (e.g. contract analysis). In BYOK, you will provide an Anthropic API key which TermTrax will use for AI inference. BYOK is the recommended and economic option. We are in the business of providing quality workflows that leverage AI. The AI component doesn't need to cost you. If you prefer not to provide an API key, then opt for the "Managed Key" version of the desired tier at checkout. The prices mentioned above for the Managed Key are total amounts (not upcharges from the BYOK prices). The prices displayed up top are for BYOK.
Can we switch plans at any time?
Yes, upgrades occur immediately. downgrades get scheduled for the next monthly billing cycle.Â
Is there a minimum subscription time commitment?
No minimum commitment is required.
How is our payment info processed?
We use Stripe, a PCI compliant vendor, to process credit cards. Your payment details are never even exposed to us.Â
